Above you will find links for our Prospectus and Subscription Agreement. Please download our Prospectus and review in its' entirety.To invest, you will need to separately download our Subscription Agreement. You will find an instruction sheet at the beginning of the Subscription Agreement which should help simplify the process. If you have any questions while reviewing and completing the Subscription Agreement, please feel free to contact our office.

Once we have received your Subscription Agreement, along with all other required documents, we will contact you within 24 hours. Please try to send in all contributions 7 days prior to months end, so that your contribution will be credited to the next calendar month.
