Q: How can I open an account?
A: Opening an account is easy. Follow the links on
the Our Funds page,
which will allow you to download our Prospectus and
Subscription Agreement. Please review the Prospectus
in its entirety. If you have any questions while reviewing,
feel free to contact us at 727-895-6446. The Subscription
Agreement has a sheet of instructions to assist you
in competing the document. Please complete the Subscription
Agreement as thoroughly as possible. A copy of your
drivers license must be sent in with the completed
Subscription Agreement.

A: US $100,000 (One hundred thousand dollars )

Q: How do I fund my account?
A: You may fund your account either by check, or
direct wire. Once you have decided to fund your account
with Around the Clock Partners, LP, we will e-mail
or fax you wiring instructions.

Q: Does Around the Clock Partners, LP provide trust
services?
A: No. Around the Clock Partners, LP does not provide
trust formation or administration services nor is
it licensed under the Banks and Trust Companies Act
of 1990.

Q: Can I place trades?
A: No. Accounts are managed exclusively by our portfolio
management team.

Q: What about taxes?
A: We do not report investment gains to any entity
other than the investor. Each limited partner will
receive a K-1 at year end for tax purposes.

Q: Will I receive statements?
A: Quarterly statements will be sent to the address
on file unless you request a hold mail account. Monthly
performance information will available on our website
soon. All investors will be given a username and password
to access their account.

Q: How can I invest / redeem funds?
A: New accounts are funded either by check or direct
wire. Contributions can be made prior to the beginning
of each calendar month. We request that contributions
arrive to us at least 7 business days prior to the
1st day of the next calendar month. Liquidations,
full or partial, can be made at the end of each calendar
quarter (March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, December
31st), by written request 60 days prior to quarter
end.

Q: What fees apply to my account?
A: A 1.0% annual management fee will be deducted
from your portfolio's assets on a monthly basis to
cover administrative costs. Additionally, a 20% performance
fee is deducted from portfolio gains on a monthly
basis with a high water mark. Should the value of
your account decline during any quarterly period,
no performance fee will be deducted. We only profit
from your success.

A:Yes, Around the Clock Partners, LP accepts IRA accounts.
All IRA accounts, new or rollovers, are opened through
First Trust, who in turn directs the funds to our fund.
